The BouMatic Streamline 360EX is a rugged and powerful external rotary milking parlour developed for commercial dairy farms and large family operations milking between approximately 250 and 2,000 cows. Its uncluttered platform, integrated stall cabinets, and open-concept design combine efficient cow traffic with operator comfort and reliable milking performance.
Cow movement is a major focus of the Streamline 360EX. Its innovative entrance lane and V-shaped fence make it easier for cows to enter the platform while maximizing stall utilization. The design can also reduce the need to slow or stop the platform for slower-entering cows, supporting more consistent parlour throughput.
For operators, the system provides a comfortable and efficient working position with clear visibility of the udder and teats, excellent udder access, and convenient access to automation displays and rotary controls. Offset rear rails also contribute to operator protection while helping position cows correctly.
The Streamline 360EX is built around a robust platform that moves on circular double I-beams and custom nylon rollers without lubrication. Its electric drive provides adjustable platform speed, while integrated galvanized cabinets at each stall protect important automation and control components.
