Description

The BouMatic Magnum™ M Liner Series is a premium heavy-duty milking liner developed to maximize milking performance while maintaining excellent udder and teat health. As the only point of contact between the cow and the milking system, the liner plays a vital role in milk quality, cow comfort and overall dairy productivity.

Featuring a patented mouthpiece design, graduated wall thickness, Jet-Vent™ technology and a reinforced ribbed barrel, the Magnum M Series provides faster milk-out, reduced teat-end stress, improved liner durability, and consistent performance throughout its service life. Manufactured with 22% more rubber compound, these liners are built to withstand demanding commercial dairy operations while delivering reliable and gentle milking.

The Magnum M Series is available in multiple configurations to match different herd management practices, vacuum levels and milking preferences, allowing farmers to select the ideal liner for maximum efficiency and cow comfort.

Product Models

Model	Best Suited For
Magnum™ 400M	Designed for lower system vacuum levels (11.8–12.0 in Hg / 40.0–40.6 kPa). Ideal for dairies with good cow preparation procedures, delivering gentle milking, excellent teat health and reliable milk-out.
Magnum™ 500M	Recommended for higher claw vacuum levels (12.0–12.5 in Hg / 40.6–42.3 kPa). Best suited for dairies with good to excellent cow preparation, providing faster milk-out and superior milking performance.
Magnum™ 600M	Engineered for higher claw vacuum levels (12.5–12.7 in Hg / 42.3–43.0 kPa). Ideal for herds with excellent cow preparation and wetter automatic take-off settings, delivering quick, complete and gentle milking with reduced unit-on time.
