The Xcalibur 360EX 2.0 is a rugged and reliable rotary milking system built for 24/7 high-throughput operations. Its best-in-class platform is available in 32–150 stall configurations, including both non-basement and basement versions, providing farms the flexibility to fit their herd size and layout.

The system features a double I-beam drive rail designed to last over 15 years, even with sand bedding, and nylon rollers to reduce wear while ensuring smooth platform operation. The electric drive system delivers consistent performance, while the touchscreen interface provides real-time diagnostics, control, and feeding reports. Redundant controls, including UPS backup and transient voltage protection, ensure uninterrupted milking operations.

Serviceability is enhanced with a horizontal detach cylinder, rodless pneumatic actuators, and a redesigned, compact cabinet for easy access. Outside skirting has been moved inward for simplified maintenance of jetters, hoses, and automation systems. The system also promotes improved cow flow with rope and chain guides, lower profile bails, and ergonomic automation panels, reducing stress on cows and operators alike.
