The BouMatic TouchPoint™ is a heavy-duty electronic milking-point control system designed to provide real-time milking information, precise operational control, and reliable performance in demanding commercial dairy parlours.
Developed for industrial dairy operations, TouchPoint combines rugged construction with advanced technology to give operators comprehensive control of the milking process at each stall.
Its IP69-rated design is engineered to withstand harsh dairy parlour conditions while maintaining reliable operation and minimizing maintenance requirements.
One of its major advantages is integration with the BouMatic SmartControl™ Meter, a high-flow, ICAR-approved milk meter designed to provide accurate milk measurement, efficient milk throughput, and stable vacuum conditions.
TouchPoint features a dual-display interface, combining a large, high-contrast LCD screen with highly visible colour LED indicators. The LCD provides important milking information, including milk deviation, flow rate, cow identification, activity, and conductivity, while the LED indicators communicate process status and alarms.
For convenient daily operation, the system includes four programmable function keys, allowing operators to create shortcuts for frequently used functions and improve workflow efficiency.
An optional touchscreen accessory provides access to additional herd management functions, extending the system’s capabilities beyond standard milking-point control.
