Description
BouMatic Udderblend™ is a concentrated iodine teat dip developed for on-farm dilution and flexible use in dairy teat hygiene programs. Its iodine-based formulation provides broad-spectrum germicidal activity against a wide range of mastitis-causing microorganisms while incorporating emollients to support proper teat-end conditioning.
Udderblend offers two dilution options to accommodate different farm conditions. A 1:4 dilution with potable water produces a 1% iodine dip with 2% emollients, designed for heavy organic loads and suitable for pre- or post-dipping. A 1:9 dilution produces a 0.5% iodine dip with 1% emollients, providing an economical solution for light to moderate organic loads and moderate bacterial exposure.
